I always try to offer great value, while covering costs and staying affordable for you all - and of course your treatment will always be individual and tailored just to you!

You will also usually receive a complementary follow-up email and/or phone call after your session to make sure everything is going well and to offer further advice if needed.

  • Specialist Services

    • Bell's Palsy Assessment/ initial treatment (1.5 hours)   £120

    • Home Workstation/ DSE Assessment and report £150*

  • Therapeutic Massage -

    Initial Appointment £65

    Massage combining gentle joint mobilisations and soft tissue massage tailored to your needs and presentation. 

    This includes a 30-40 minute treatment following an assessment to determine the best level of treatment for you and to ensure there are no contraindications (reasons to avoid certain techniques). 


    Follow-up Massage (bookable after initial assessment) 

    £65 1 hour; £55 45 minutes; £50 1/2 hour
